Land Line Does Not Work

Land line does not work. No dial tone just lots of beeping and crackling. Can't phone in. Checked everything. Connected via wall socket, not hub. Can't call helpline as the phone is not working!

Sorry to hear your landline is not working for you.  We've had a look at our systems and cannot find anything that explains the issue.  Therefore we're going to need to book a technician to attend your property.  I am going to send you a private message.
