Land Line Disconnection

Is it possible to disconnect my land line whilst retaining broadband and TV via Virgin?

Re: Land Line Disconnection

Yes, but due to bindle discounts you bill will not reduce that much, £5 a month at a guess

Re: Land Line Disconnection

Yes you can.

Will it be cheaper? Not a lot.

All of Virgin’s three service deals require a phone line. If you remove it you have to renegotiate the Broadband & TV part of the deal. This results in loss of a large amount of discount from the remaining two services. In other words, you lose the £20 odd off your bill but the cost of Broadband & TV goes up by £10 to £15, sometimes more.

Virgin BB TV Landline. Freeview/Freesat HD, Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile. Cable customer since 1993
