My home phone lan line is not working, I cant hear any line  but the service said it's fine so I think its cables leading to my phone are not working. Although my internet is fine. Can someone help?

Is there a dial tone?

How many days have you noticed the line is not working?

yeah I've tried other phone around the house and nothing. The service says its fine but I can't get any dial tone at all on any of the phones around the house.
