DEAF PERSON cannot make calls out or receive.
Cannot use 150 to connect to text relay uk to report fault.
Friends on messenger say the line is always engaged.
Reported this issue 4 weeks ago but it did start working again. NOW the problem last 2 days when trying to contact my vet.
Tried using What App and chat bot , the agents keep passing me around.
What do i have to do, Paying for landline that cannot use, had issues with line drops last 2 yrs also.
