Thank you for your reply. Yes we would like to remove our landline from our contract as no one uses it these days but I am told by one of your advisers
that this will actually RAISE! the cost of our contract. Is this really the case? Seems like a kind of blackmail if so. Am I really forced to keep and pay for something I don't use or Virgin will penalise me?
If this is not the case how on earth do I ever get in touch to speak with a human being without waiting on a phone for hours?
