Received our new hub, simple enough to install, but no cables or cable adaptor for the land line.
Spent three hours on the phone to several people who all made promises, but nothing as yet.
Every time I was transferred, they wasted time going through” security” questions that delay the next person waiting, has anyone heard of logistics, or joined up thinking at Vergin.
All I need is the two cables you should have sent, or don’t you know that I have a land line.
