Re: Keeping home phone number

if you lost a phone number 2 years ago its very unliekly you can get it back if its been in active that long.

There is no monitored email address for VM. Best time to call is early morning normally

Re: Keeping home phone number

Good morning @Aaliyah07

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting your landline sorted.

Please could you elaborate on the situation? Are you trying to port your number to a new provider?

Kind regards,

Zak_M

Re: Keeping home phone number

Can you please confirm if your old number was originally from another provider such as BT?

As apcyberax has advised, if this number has been inactive for this length of time it's unlikely we would be able to ger this back, especially if it went back to the original provider.

Could you also clarify for me what you mean by "lost" did you cancel your account or phoneline at any point?
