I moved over 2 weeks ago and transferred my virgin services over to my new home. I told virgin that I need to keep the same landline number due to my son having medical problems and everyone who is involved in his care has that landline number.
Everytime I get through to someone they always pass me through to a new department. One gentleman said that the form was completed and all the other staff seem to say different things. They have issued me another landline number despite someone saying the form has been completed.
This is really causing me a huge amount of stress. I have a extremely clinically vulnerable child and don’t need this added to the stress that I already have. Can someone please tell me how long it actually takes to port the same number?
