Hi My broadband and phone line were installed a few days ago and I have only realised my BT phone number is no longer working. I asked to keep my BT phone number when I placed the Virgin order.
I am aware porting your home phone number from BT can take up to 10 days but I have had no communication of this
Who do I contact or find out if this is in process or am I stuck with a new home phone number that nobody has told me what it is?
I only know the number has changed as when I used the phone to dial my mobile the number was displayed
