KT17 Caller ID not working

Hi, our caller ID hasn't worked since an engineer visited us to fix our landline 2 weeks ago.  From reading the forum it would mainly point to a fault with our service?   Can anyone help, please?   Thank you!

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry you're having this issue with your Caller ID. 

Can I ask what issue the engineer was fixing a couple of weeks ago please? 

I can see there is an area outage on your service page, but this is just for an SNR issue which mainly affects TV, Broadband and VOIP landline, your landline is through the cables so it shouldn't be affected. But please let me know if you think it is!

Hi Megan,

The problem the engineer was fixing two weeks ago was we had no incoming or outgoing calls and no dial tone in the house.   Since it was fixed we have lost the caller ID but the incoming and outgoing calls are all working normally.      We just want to get the caller ID back in working order, please!
