I think this has been mentioned a small number of times on the forum before. Presumably you can dial out OK, just don't hear any dialling tone before doing so.

IIRC, I think a tech visit was required to investigate/resolve.

Your query needs to be in 'Home Phone' as VM forum staff don't often reply here in 'Community Natter'. Someone might move the topic over for you so you get a reply from VM.

Keep an eye on your topic here in 'Community Natter' and you may find someone (VIP or moderator) moves it over to 'Home Phone' for a VM reply, or VM may reply here (but not that often).
