Really sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your insurance. Do you remember if the call was free or chargeable on your tariff? If the call was chargeable and cost over 50p, you will be able to see this on your bill for either that month, or the month after, depending on the day your bills are generated and the day the call was made.
Unfortunately, if the call was free and inclusive in your package, we would not be able to provide you with an itemised bill to show this call. However, if you (or a solicitor) have a court order that requests historical call itemisation lists, we can make a referral to our Police Liasion Department who will process this as an exception.
