It is saying my registration details are incorrect

Hello, I have not been able to register my virgin media account since I have got it set up in early October.
Anytime enter my surname, my account number and area reference code it always says my details are incorrect.
I now have a bill to pay and nothing is working i couldn't even pay it over the phone. I also had trouble trying to find a contact number to call in order to reset my account, can anyone help me with my problem?
