There doesn't seem to be a difference since rebooting my hub. I have tried other handsets but they don't work either

Login to the Hub's menu at http://192.168.0.1
Once logging in, the first menu page shows the status of the Hub, is Telephony Enabled ?
If Telephony is Enabled, the phone service is from the TEL 1 socket of the Hub.
