Issues with incoming calls on Landline

Experiencing issues this morning with incoming calls. Call either disconnects or no sound.

outgoing calls connect fine. Phone is via the super hub.

Sorry to hear of this issue with incoming calls on your landline - how long has this been going on for?

Are the calls disconnecting upon answering or before you are able to answer?

The fault is still there.

Which hub do you have? If it's Hub 5 there's a known issue that started from around Friday 25th - https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Home-Phone/INCOMING-CALLS-CUT-OFF-WHEN-ANSWERING/m-p/5191259/hi...

Yes it’s the hub5. Begs the question why not put this on the status page! 

Looks like a fix has been applied but required a reboot for it to kick in.
