When signing up to Virgin Media, I was assured by the Sales Advisor that my BT/Plusnet landline number would be ported on installation. This did not happen, and despite several calls to tech support, there is no indication that my number will be ported. I believe my number is in ‘quarantine’. Any guidance much appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are struggling to port your number over to us BT/Plusnet.
I wot ask any more questions as it sounds like you have been around the houses with this one already,
I'd like to take a look into this for you and see if we can get the number brought over.

If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
