I can make outbound calls but don't receive inbound calls.
I plugged in a Gigaset C610 and the phone rang when the number is called - so no problem.
I am using a headset on the BT phone.
I do not want to buy a new phone if there is a known issue
Sorry to hear you're unable to receive inbound calls.
Is your landline number a ported in number from a different Operator or is it a Virgin Media number?
Have you tried calling your number using Virgin Media landlines and non Virgin Media landlines or mobiles to see if they get through?
Do you have a spare phone to see whether you can receive calls on it?

The previous service provider was Sky and it was supposed to be transferred to Virgin
Sometimes if the number is porting over, it can affect no incoming calls.
It may mean that we'e activated the number on our side but the other Operator hasn't ported to us correctly.
