Is Anonymous caller rejection a free or paid service?

Is it a free or paid service, website not clear

Why is it so difficult to set this up?

Why is it not easier to block numbers on a landline when it’s simple on a mobile?

Why don’t the operators understand your questions?

ACR is a paid-for service. VM pricing doc here

and is a recurring monthly payment.

If you wish to screen out nuisance calls, consider getting a call screening device such as trueCall or CPR Call Blocker or look at the cordless phone ranges with these features from manufacturers such as BT, Panasonic and Siemens.

Re: Is Anonymous caller rejection a free or paid service?

I'm certain it is paid.  You might be better off investigating the BT landline handsets that have call blocking built in - they'll probably be more effective and cheaper in the long term.

Regarding the "why" questions, I cannot say.
