Sometimes receiving making calls. Then dead. Arranged engineer and thought problem fixed. It’s not. can’t access virgin by phone. Waiting hours when using mobile.
Hi Ikelly, thanks for the message, this is a forum and replies are not immediate, sometimes you could be waiting up to several days. Can you explain what the exact issue is with the phone line and if using another handset changes anything? Chris
Thanks for response. Didn’t really understand what site/ community is about. My phone is plugged into wall not modem. I’ve tested the phone. It works in friend’s house. Hers didn’t work in mine so I’m sure it’s a problem with line not my phone. I’m getting some calls but hardly ever able to call out. When I did it cut off after a short time. So not able to call 250 for engineer appointment.
