I have an intermittent dial tone but no messages.

I'm sorry to hear that you have an issue with intermittent dial tone on your landline.
How long has this issue been going on? Is the problem at certain times in the day or can the dial tone be intermittent at any time of the day?
I have looked into your account and can see no issues on your account but clearly there is an issue. Are you able to try with a different handset in your hub?
Have you reset your hub since the issues started?
I have only had the phone line set up since Sunday. it is the same dial tone on all 4 handsets. No I haven't reset the hub as I work from home so can't do that at the moment.

Would you be able to reset the hub, when you get a chance to see if this clears the issue?
Ok I will need to do this after I finish work at 6.30 today. I will do and message you again to let you know.

Hi I have still got this intermittent dial tone. I have rebooted my router and have no messages.

My broadband is working fine it is just the telephone line which has got the intermittent dial tone.
It's both. There should be 4 upstream channels (it's only showing 2) and both are out spec.
