Installtion postpond

My installation date was 30th nov 2020.no body turns up ,try to get hold of someone have rung on so many numbers but after 2 hours hold no one answer. I took the new contract on 14th Nov and the installation date given was 30th nov which is over two weeks after all I received a txt saying its on temporarily on hold.can any body tell me what's happening and when it will be installed?

Thanks for the post Khawajabilal and welcome to our community.

 

It may be on hold due to some work needing to be completed on the line externally before it can be activated. 

 

For more information you can call the installations team on 150/0345 454 1111 options 1, 3 then 1.

Emily.

They have over 2 weeks to get it sorted.which they didn't. I am on the phone from yesterday but no one answer after long waits can you plz check and tell me how long it will take for the installation.

We don't have access to the details regarding installation work ourselves but the installations team do if you call on the number provided.

 

We also advise to not post your personal details on a public forum.
