I know this has been asked before, but I see that it can be resolved through contact here rather than by trying to call for help.
I want the number of rings before voicemail kicks in to be increased to the maximum, please.

Welcome to the forum page and thanks for your first post!
We're more than happy to assist you with your voicemail issues.
Voicemail rings can be changed to a maximum of ten rings which equals to around 30 seconds depending on your handset.
In order to change your voicemail rings, we just need to go through some account security with you.
I'll pop you a PM, look out for the purple envelope in the right hand corner, and message me back when you can.

All sorted for you 🙂
I have replied to your PM, but I have added the 10 rings as you asked for.
It can take up to 24 hours to update, but if you have any further issues tomorrow, please do let me know and I can get this looked into for you.
Hope this is all okay 🙂
Thank you, Sasha.
I am sure this will be fine.
Please do let us know if you do have any issues.
Have a fab Friday 🙂
A week later, and several PM exchanges assuring me that this will be done, nothing has changed.
The latest message tells me that my phone is set to "maximum rings".
It still rings only five times before voicemail cuts in.
The suggestion now is that voicemail be turned off, so that the phone rings indefinitelyI find it difficult to accept that this is a reasonable proposal.
As I look around this forum, I see the topic has been raised many times. In most cases, the customer has been referred to communication by private message. Is there really a solution that increases the number of rings to ten? If so, why can this not be applied to my phone?
Or have others simply got fed up with the failure to respond and given up.
Thanks for your message.
I can see we have already increased the number of rings to the maximum and my colleague has advised the same via PM.
We are not able to extend this more than 10 rings which is why we suggested removing voicemail altogether if you needed longer to answer the phone.
Apologies for any inconvenience.
"We are not able to extend this more than 10 rings which is why we suggested removing voicemail altogether if you needed longer to answer the phone."
But the phone rings only five times, NOT ten times.
Thanks for your response @realpanjandrum, I'm sorry to hear that.
I can see on the account this has been extended to 10 rings on your account, this will take 24 hours to come into affect.
Please keep us updated on how many times the phone rings after 24 hours.
It now takes ten rings before voicemail kicks in.
