Increase number of landline rings to 10

I need to quickly increase number of landline rings from 4 to 10 before voicemail kicks in. Could someone please help - I can't work out how to do it from the Virgin help page.

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your voicemail kicking in too early on your voicemail.
