Good morning, moved to Virgin media yesterday and signed up for Big and Drama (£39), Broadband and Home Phone. This morning checked my online bill to find my package is now Mixit. Didn't see or ask for this. The Drama package is not activated ie greyed out. The home phone is still connected to BT and having spoke to BT they have not had a request to move/port the number.

Thanks for updating us that it's been resolved 🙂 I've nonetheless had a quick peek at your details and to make sure the BT port is still there and can confirm it is and that our order has been accepted. Please don't contact BT to make any changes in case it affects our port and once the port has completed, please call BT to make sure the account is disconnected at their end.
