Incorrect Bill

Hi,

I have just received my bill for June and according to it I have/will be charged for telephone calls to UK landlines and mobiles.

My plan includes Talk More Anytime. I shouldn't be charged for these calls, should I?

A regular reason mentioned on the forum for unexpected charges is if the calls have gone over the 60 minute limit per call.

Did the calls being charged for last over 60 minutes?

Thanks for taking the time to post on our forums, I have looked into your account and can see that you shouldn't have been charged for.

 

I have now credited your account with the amount that you have been charged for the calls, I have also raised this with our IT team to make sure that this doesn't happen again.

We are having an issue adding the plan to your package.

 

Please can you just confirm that your TV service , that you took as part of the package is working as it should?

Thanks for coming back to us @James41.

 

We may need to reconfigure your order on the system to ensure that your call plan has been added correctly as there is an issue on the system. I ask this as your TV service may go down for a few minutes will we re-configure the system, would that be ok with you for us to do this?

All the work has now been carried out and and your account is now fully up to date. Your package now includes the Talk anytime package and there should be no more issues going forward with your call charges.
