We moved over to Virgin from BT on the 17th Nov, we brought our old home phone number with us.Outgoing calls are fine and do come from our old number, but incoming calls to that same number dont work ?What can we need to do to resolve his asap ?

The line port process can take 10 days once your Virginmedia line is active, this in line with the rules set out by Ofcom.
