Incoming calls cut out immediately on answering. Been on the phone twice to tech help, even kicked up to second line support- still can receive incoming calls.

Still “cant” receive incoming calls. 

It is a known fault.   

Are you using HUB 5?

 

Yes, the newest one. 

Probably an update to HUB 5 required.

Is this a forced software update or one I need to do myself?

Thanks Paul, from reading the other forum post, seems like the issue is with the hub 5 - any resolution date on this please?
