Hi:

I wonder if you could help please.

My husband is on a low pension and can no longer afford his old contract with Virgin, which runs out next month.

I now have a small pension that will cover Virgin on a new contract, which I have set up.

My problem is Virgin have issued a new phone number when I requested keeping our old number.

tried the150 but it takes so long, I thought i would try here to see if anyone can help.

thank you

kind regards

Hey Denlesy 👋🏼.

Thank you for posting and welcoming you back onto the community forum 😊.

Is your old number with Virgin Media?

Did you manage to speak to anyone from our team? If so what did they advise?

Thank you.

The forum team were most helpful BUT, Virgin would not help by transferring our old phone number from my husbands account, to my new account. So after 25 years of being a loyal customer. I have now cancelled my contract, t(hat never even started?) and gone to Plusnet.
