I need to port my old landline number but can’t get hold of anyone at Virgin.
Hi, I have just moved house and need to port my old landline number to this number. Home movers team can’t help me and on the live chat they keep trying to connect me to the customer care team... this never works and I can’t get hold of anyone via calling. I’m so frustrated. New owners exchange later today and they are set for BT to take their service on the 23rd. This number will not be available much longer. How do I contact the customer care team?? I’ve been trying for hours for a whole week!!!!
