My mother has been without her landline for several weeks as she is between switching providers. However, due to the lockdown, they cannot access the property to do the required work. We would like to reinstate her Virgin landline but cannot get to speak to anyone to action this. She is still using Virgin broadband, so I think she must still have some service.
She is getting rather stressed about the lack of landline, even more so since my father [who was in a care home] was admitted to hospital on Friday. She has a mobile, but that signal is not great and she doesn't always hear it.
Please can someone ring me or message how we can sort this out for her?
