I need an engineer

My V6 isn’t picking up the hub consistently. I was sent boosters but can’t get it set up - I have tried. I am paying for a tv service that I can only partly use. Utterly fed up. The hub worked well for some time when I first had it, so I can only imagine the signal has changed over time - got weaker. I am on my last nerve. I really need someone to look at my service.

Is the V6 in question connected to the Hub over a wired internet connection or over WiFi? 

 

Are you experiencing any issues with the broadband on other devices?

Hi it is on WiFi. The internet connection on my computer and phone seems to work ok.

this is why the hub is recommended to be close to the v6 so you can use a wired connection.
Wifi signals can change all the time though factors completely out of anyone's control.

You might want to try a wired connection or power lines

I wish that would have been mentioned as a potential problem when originally provided with the box. 😞. I was provided with boosters but I can’t get them to sync. Sigh...

Sorry to hear this has happened 

Another solution if you like is to relocate the Hub to next to V6 box 

Can you let me know if you wish to go down that route

Would I still have a signal around the house for my phone and computer? I work from home.   At the moment the hub is in centre of the downstairs part of the house. Tv and computer downstairs too.

no one can answer the question about wifi. Maybe, Maybe not.
No one can predict wifi and just because it works today doesn't mean it will tomorrow

I guess the signal will still be as good. 

What issues are you having with the Boosters, and were they from ourselves
