I have looked into this and we can arrange for a adapter to be sent out to you but nearer the time to the migration to the new phone line. Please come back to us here and we will get that sorted for you.
I have also entered this into my diary for mid July to get this ordered for you as we cannot do it at the moment.

Thanks for that. May I suggest that it would have been sensible if the letter had said that the adapters were being sent later, instead of saying "You'll need to order an adaptor from us as soon as possible" without any further information?
