I have recently had my landline repaired as there was no dial tone. Now I have no 1471 service.

I have recently had my landline repaired as there was no dial tone. Now I have no 1471 service or caller ID facility. When I dial 1471 it says " Sorry the service requested is not available from this line". I have tried an online chat but there is no technical service available due to Covid! I can't get through to anyone via 151- any ideas on how to resolve this please? Thanks in advance.

Please can you tell me when you last rang us on 0345 454 1111 or 150 about this?
