I have no landline for 10 days. Keep getting message our engineers are fixing it,

I have no dialling tone and people phoning me get a message that I'm not available even when I'm in. I thought it was a fault with my phone so bought a new one. Now I realise its not the phone its Virgin.

Every time I contact Virgin Media I get a woman's voice saying there's a fault in the area and the engineers are aware of it and are fixing it. However my neighbours who are with Virgin do have phone access. This has been going on now for over 10 days.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry you've been having some issues with the services, this isn't good. 

I've had a look and can see that we're aware of any issue in the area, this could be impacting a few or many depending where you're plugged in at the cabinet. 

The fault reference number is F008693883 and is due to be fixed by 6pm today. This may change but we will do all we can to have it sorted ASAP.
