Sorry to hear your landline service is not working. For future reference, you can usually check for any faults for in your area here and you can login to your account and run tests and if required, you can book a technician. We've checked our systems from here and cannot find any reasons as to why your landline service is down. I am therefore going to send you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
