Can I get a phone to dual Ethernet adapter in place of the phone to single one you supply or use the second phone port on the hub?

Hey Frogg, thanks for your first post on our help forums and for your question.
A warm welcome to the VM community. 🙂

We'd love to best advise on this, you may use a splitter/adaptor such as the above on the phone port at the back of the hub so you can get 2 handsets connected.

Unfortunately, we can only provide with the standard single-port adaptor so you'd need to purchase one from the market.

Can we ask if you have any extension sockets (wall telephone sockets) that you're currently using which could be linked to the fibre line so to plug secondary handsets on (and have them in different locations)?

This could be an alternative option for you if suitable to your purpose, we can help by arranging a free engineer visit to ensure the correct set up and sort this out.

Please, take some time and have a read here for all the details on how we can help you with this change and let us know if you'd need an engineer to attend.

We'll be happy to assist with this.

Use the VM RJ11 to BT socket adaptor + an adaptor like the one shown below to connect 2 phones to the Hub.

Thanks for super fast reply. Yes we have a remote extension which serves the base station which I would prefer not to move and a hard wired phone local to the hub.  Your existing phone input is a few feet from the hub and it would be very good if your engineer could connect the hub to this junction box which serves all my outlets. Please arrange a engineer visit.

Again thanks for such a prompt and helpful answer. I almost left virgin last year after fruitless and attempts to solve a TIVO box problem with a endless number of semi human BOTS. Only solved when I got hold of a Directors email address, problem solved in 24 hours and a huge reduction in charges.
