I have Interference on my home cordless phone

I have a Gigaset home phone for the past 3 years with no problems so far. But i the last few weeks it has a lot of crackling when making or receiving a call. I have changed the batteries but this has made no difference. The problem seems to be getting worse and calls are now impossible because of the background noise. Can you check this out please. I also have Virgin T.V and broadband.             Thank you

can you test with a wired phone to see if its the phone or the line.
