I get the dialling tone but can't hear phone ringing. It rings at their end and they can hear what we're saying but we can't hear them. We have tested two phones so know it is the landline and not not our phone at fault. Have been advised that there is no problem by helpline. They said it was to do with the switchover but that happened months ago and this problem has only started 4 days ago.

One way communication, and calls cutting out mid conversation, are mentioned over and over again on the forums for those who have had their phone switched to a 21CV connection via the hub.
If your topic is moved to 'Home Phone' you should get a reply from the VM forum team but they don't usually reply here in 'Community Natter'
