Hi

Just got Hub 5. Do I connect my land line directly to Hub5 or to wall socket as previously?

A warm welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I've checked our systems and as your phone service hasn't migrated to our Fibre network as yet, you would need to connect via the wall socket and not the hub.
