No landline calls received or made since November- hub 3 not lighting up - landline phones lighting up plus line is in working order- tried all the possibilities offered by the support team ! No letter or adaptor through the post! No humans to talk to! I’m paying for a service I am not receiving! When people try to phone me , they get asked to leave a message immediately! Constant engaged signal when you try to phone out! Please can you help me - I need a home visit!
