Hub 5 phone cable?

On setting up my new Hub 5 broadband box, it says to connect the land line phone to the box. On reading the instructions there should of been either a phone cable or adaptor supplied with the hub but neither were received and Instructions state not to use my current cable. Where do i go from here?

You do need to use the phone's original BT style telephone cable + an RJ11 to BT Socket adaptor.

VM will supply the adaptor or you can order for £2.50 from eBay.
