Hub 4 not working - priority fault repair (disabled child in household)

Hi,

I’m on Virgin Media Gig1 Fibre and the hub 4 is not working and tried a hard rest and it doesn’t work. The light is white and stay that colour and I can’t access anything. Wired or wireless does not work as nothing connects and I have a complete list of service and before this happened I had issue with virgin media with slow speeds and dropping out but now the hub 4 itself does hit work.

I have a technician booked for 6th January 2020 and I have a disabled person as well and I was told by virgin that I would get priority fault repair but when I try to tell the agent on the phone they don’t want to fill in the form to get a engineer out quick.

I tried the pin reset at the back and that doesn’t work as well and I have complete loss of service.

Please help virgin as I can not wait until 6th January to get this issue resolved and especially with a disabled child at home as well.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Hub 4 issue looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

I have taken a look at your services and can see the engineer appointment may have been moved to a closer date, can you confirm if this is correct for me please?
