Hub 4 Phone Disabled

Hi,

I did a self install of the WiFi Hub 4 yesterday, after receiving it as a free upgrade from the Hub 3.

I have used the adapter from the Hub 3 to connect the landline to the Hub 4.

The landline doesn’t work,

It shows Disabled, in the Hub 4 options menu.

If I could get this fixed that would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome to you!

 

Sorry to see you've been experiencing landline issues since switching over to our new Hub 4.

 

I can see that there are no outages in the local area and that you've been advised to reboot the hub to see if this can resolve the issue - which has been performed as the hub time is showing approximately 4 hours.

 

How are the services looking at the moment?
