Hi, I recently had an engineer visit as I'd damaged the telephone cable in my garden during building work. The cable wasn't fixable but the engineer plugged an adapter into my Hub 3 and said it'd be up and running soon. It's been over two weeks now and it's still disabled. Can anybody help please?
