The Virgin voicemail clashes with my answer phone, by the time they battle to say "please leave a message", the time to leave a message times out and no on can leave a message. I need to disable it. My own phone is better suited to my needs as it is also a call blocker and I use it to filter scam calls.
The messaging option from the Virgin help page re directed me to Virgins home page. The phone call option doesn't list what I would like to ask, online account info doesn't seem to show the option. Any Virgin staffers looking in here that can advise please?
