How to set up Call Divert on Virgin Media home phone line

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to add Call Divert to my phone line. My land line phone doesn't ring anymore, so we are missing the odd call. I'd like to divert these calls to a mobile number but it says it's not currently part of my package when I enter the code *70 to set it up (we are in Area 06, the Red zone).

I've tried 150, but that says high call volumes and suggested sending a support link via SMS to chat, but nothing received. I'm guessing it would have pointed me here anyway...

Thanks, already followed Call Divert on page 10, but it just says "Sorry, the service requested is not available for this line".

Anyone know how to make this available?

I'm not aware of that feature being active before on my home phone line.

Diverted Number (inc. STD code)

Yes, I get the automated response quoted previously before I can enter any further digits after *70.
