I am based in Warrington which had serious floods last week.
We have no telephone line working and the tv box was under water, i cannot find anything on the virgin website to report this and get the items fixed, or worse still, get the services removed as we have to move out of our house asap to let the insurance company get things repaired.
Anyone have any suggestions on what part of the website will let me notify someone?
Short of cancelling the direct debit, i am lost
