Downgrades can only be completed via calling in on 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 11 11 from non Virgin lines.

Ah, it is as I feared then - if you want to increase your monthly bill you can do it in one or two clicks, but if you want to decrease your bill it's not such a simple matter.
I followed your advice and have successfully removed talk international 5 from my services, thank you!
