I have been charged for several calls from my landline to my own mobiles.
these are for several minutes each & were made by me when my home phone line was malfunctioning & I was checking whether it was working by trying to phone my own mobile. Part of the landline problem was that it was not disconnecting when you terminated calls so calls that actually lasted a few seconds ran on for several minutes.
how do I get these call charges removed as I don’t think I should be charged for a faulty line!
(The line is now fixed after your engineer called & changed the phone master socket)
