Hi,
I am a Virgin broadband customer and had an emergency phone line fitted with my broadband.
Recently received a letter from Virgin asking me to make an appointment with an engineer, as the emergency phone line - fitted 3 months ago, needs to be replaced.
Could any Virgin affiliated person kindly help.
